Graffiti Art Programming Inc. (GAP), also known as The Graffiti Gallery, is looking for new instructors and instructor assistants for children and youth art & dance workshops in 2017.
Currently GAP has instructors working in a variety of mediums in the areas of Visual Arts, Dance and Performance, for example painting, photography, hip hop dance choreography, breaking, building sets and making cool crafts!
GAP delivers workshops at locations around Point Douglas, The North End and Downtown. These workshops are not only a chance for participants to take part in fun creative activities, but also provide an opportunity for youth to engage with the instructors as positive role models and inspirational mentors. Workshops most often take place during after-school hours and weekends.
If you enjoy working with children and/or youth and have an artistic skill that you would love to teach, this might be just what you are looking for!
Please forward your CV and a brief cover letter describing your experience and why you would like to work with children and youth, along with two references to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only those chosen for interviews will be contacted. No phone calls please.
